It's a dream - and a frustration - among the sailing comunity that the sport is not in direct sight of a public audience. Some other would say "hopefully !". Maybe. Many organisers and sponsors are trying to find the best location to organize their event in front of the public, mainly those who run medium size sponsored yacht races. RC 44 organiszers definitely find one of THE spot in the world in Malcesine, Lake Garda Italy. It's not a joke that sometimes parents call thei rchildren playing in the water to take care of the boats that could bump them. Just have a look to the pics.
